in Wellington New Zealand. The topic was Alternate Dispute Resolution
of Insurance Claims and included discussion of the Insurance Enquiries
and Complaints Scheme, the similarities of Australian and New
Zealand schemes, the UK experience and court enforced mediations.

interruption, the importance of adequate cover, self insurance
